HOW TO GET TO THE GLOBAL INDABA

By airport shuttle:
The Radisson Blu hotel offers a shared airport shuttle to the hotel. Private transfers can also be arranged.
It’s only a 19.9-kilometer drive to the hotel from the airport. Take Great E/T4 into the city.
The hotel is only a 500-metre walk from Arcades Bus Stop.
Entry requirements can change, so please contact your local Zambia Embassy to verify the information below is current.
- A passport is required for all foreign visitors and has to be valid for at least six months.
- Passports must have at least three empty pages.
Citizens of most countries can either obtain a visa upon arrival or don’t need one. A list of countries whose residents can get visa upon arrival and a list of countries whose residents don’t need a visa is available from the Zambia immigration website.
When arriving from a yellow-fever-infected country, a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
Attendees will be required to comply with the national health protocols in place at the time of the event. Please consult the Zambia immigration website for more information.
CAN THE GLOBAL INDABA BE ATTENDED ONLINE?
IS ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION PRICE?
The registration fee includes full access to two full days of forum activities, including plenary and breakaway sessions and networking opportunities. Lunch and tea are provided on both days.
The registration fee does not include accommodation. However, Indaba attendees can book rooms at the Radisson Blue hotel at a discounted rate. Read more here.
